6thStreet is an omnichannel fashion eCommerce destination serving the GCC that launched iOS and Android apps to improve digital experience and lifetime value. With mobile web making up about 20% of monthly traffic, 6thStreet faced a gap in converting mobile web visitors into app users and lacked a systematic way to drive web-to-app adoption.

6thStreet deployed Branch Journeys — a customizable banner on mobile web pages that deep-links users to the app (or to the App Store if not installed) and can be segmented by user journey. In the initial launch (Feb–Apr 2021), Journeys accounted for 6% of in-app purchases, 7% of in-app revenue, and delivered a 20% higher average order value compared with users from paid ads.
