Domino's Pizza (two Whistler locations) faced poor staff communication and time-consuming, paper-based scheduling that required frequent calls and manual follow-up. General Manager Keiran Griffiths turned to Branch and its Branch Messenger app to centralize messaging and shift management.
Branch implemented schedule distribution, group messaging, and a two-step shift-swap workflow that lets employees post and cover shifts quickly. As a result, Branch cut scheduling work from about 10 hours a week to 2–4 hours, reduced daily scheduling conversations to once or twice weekly, lowered stress, and improved employee engagement and store focus.
