Brainloop implemented a single, secure governance solution that covers board and committee papers, refinancing, auditor collaboration, M&A/due diligence, and contract and policy management, with features like Microsoft Office integration, mobile access, synced annotations and full-text search. The Brainloop deployment reduced the need for multiple systems, improved efficiency and collaboration for Travelex, and cut annual spending previously devoted to other virtual datarooms.
