A BrainCheck Case Study
Achieve Health, a preventative medicine practice in Orem, Utah, wanted a more objective way to evaluate cognitive health during annual exams. Before adopting BrainCheck’s digital cognitive health solutions, the team relied on the Mini-Mental Status Exam, which was subjective, administrator-dependent, and didn’t provide enough quantitative insight to support early intervention or document the need for follow-up care.
BrainCheck implemented intuitive digital cognitive assessments across Achieve Health’s three providers and two physician assistants, replacing the old paper-based screening with validated, quantitative testing across multiple cognitive domains. The rollout was simple and efficient, and within two months the practice completed more than 100 assessments, uncovering issues patients had denied and helping guide lifestyle changes, medication decisions, home safety assessments, and family support.
