Cammeby’s, a 32‑storey office property in New York City’s financial district, faced rising energy costs and tightening regulations and sought targeted savings—especially in its chilled water loop. The real estate investment company selected BrainBox AI’s AI HVAC Optimization to help comply with regulations, optimize energy use, and reduce operating costs.

BrainBox AI deployed an edge device communicating via BACnet IP, integrated with the existing Schneider Electric BMS and worked closely with the building’s controls contractor and Chief Engineer for a floor‑by‑floor rollout and custom BMS graphics.
