Aeroterm, an airport real estate management company overseeing more than 17 million square feet across 35+ airports, needed to reduce energy costs and improve tenant comfort at its corporate HQ (2200 Reverchon, Dorval). Aeroterm partnered with BrainBox AI to deploy its AI-driven HVAC optimization technology, initially monitoring 24.4% of the building’s HVAC equipment.

BrainBox AI’s solution delivered measurable energy and cost reductions: since March 2019 the property saved $32,516 (9%), 299,565 kWh of electricity and 67,063 m3 of gas—about $3,250 per month—while requiring little effort and no upfront investment. BrainBox AI currently controls roughly a quarter of the facility and estimates that full deployment could yield 20–25% total energy savings.
