Brafton Inc. implemented geo-targeting by Houston zip codes, long-tail keywords, call-only mobile ads, diversified messaging by treatment and location, and a new CTA to schedule consultations. The results were dramatic: a 1,100% monthly increase in calls, 426% greater efficiency, cost per call dropped from $263 to $50, paid-ad call rate rose from 0.03% to 6.2% (a 20,566% improvement), and Houston-specific searches delivered 25% of the new calls.
