Search for Common Ground, a peacebuilding organization, approached their long-time vendor Bracket with a vision to create a community and resource hub for responders addressing crises in conflict-affected areas. The primary challenge was to actualize this vision into a functional digital platform that could serve the needs of a diverse global audience.

Bracket developed the ConnexUs platform, a comprehensive solution featuring separate user portals, discussion forums, a resource library with API integration, interactive maps, and an automated chatbot. The project was released in phases and successfully created a state-of-the-art hub that enables practitioners, academics, and activists to connect and share knowledge in real-time, helping to reduce program overlap.
