TTI Inc., a Dallas-based specialty electronics distributor, faced a high volume of repetitive manual work—inter-company stock and inventory transfers, sales tax certificate checks, supplier price updates, product defect and recall processing, and billing dispute reviews—that limited employee capacity for higher-value tasks. To tackle this, TTI Inc. engaged BP3 Global to deploy a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform and begin an RPA transformation.
BP3 Global ran an RPA ideation workshop, prioritized processes, and used agile development to deliver bots into production within weeks. The solution grew to 10 bots that reclaimed over $600,000 of unrecognized dispute revenue, saved an estimated 34,000 worker hours annually, and eliminated the need to hire 18 new resources, while empowering TTI employees to build additional bots and expand automation across business units.
