BP3 Global worked with a large real estate company that was struggling with an existing workflow solution that lacked performance and scalability, had few guardrails, and was causing excessive data generation and system crashes. The company needed a better way to manage automated interactions with buyers and sellers, including personalized communication for SmartPlans and related workflows.
BP3 Global replaced the old workflow engine with Camunda and built both static and dynamic workflow patterns so agents could create custom workflows for marketing and customer outreach. The new platform is now stable, scalable, and high-performing for Tasks and SmartPlans, consistently processing high throughputs in record time, reducing the need for a secondary Camunda instance, and enabling the customer to downgrade to Camunda Community Edition to save on licensing costs.
