BP3 Global worked with a large health & safety company that needed to replace manual Health and Safety form submissions with a digital solution designed for remote Canadian construction sites. The customer’s main challenge was ensuring workers could submit forms offline and have the data sync reliably once connectivity returned, while also giving the back office better visibility and control over submissions.

BP3 Global delivered SafeSync, an offline-capable mobile app and back-office web app with features such as automatic data synchronization, photo uploads with cloud storage, journey management forms, role-based access, and alert notifications. The result was a streamlined H&S management platform that enabled seven new forms, improved offline submission and data synchronization, supported multi-user sign-offs, enhanced safety monitoring, and simplified back-office management with data migration tools.
