Carlsberg Group - Customer Case Study

Carlsberg Group, the global brewer, wanted to streamline high-touch internal processes, improve reporting and cost allocation, and enable a mobile-ready sales system after adopting IBM BPM. To meet those goals they engaged BP3 Global and evaluated the BP3 Brazos UI toolkit and Brazos Portal to replace spreadsheets and the clunky out-of-the-box portal for tablet use.

BP3 Global implemented Brazos UI Enterprise and the Brazos Portal to deliver a single responsive UI across devices, faster development (the Brazos CSS picker saved weeks), improved IT spend reporting and allocation (allowing cuts to IT spend), and support for a large SAP upgrade. As a result Carlsberg Group moved its entire sales team to iPads, extended Central IT processes, and now plans to deploy 10–12 more process applications per year.
