Whittier Health Network, a New England post‑acute care provider with about 2,500 employees across 12 locations, faced a highly manual, time‑sensitive benefits enrollment that required enrolling everyone within a three‑week window, plus paper‑heavy onboarding, referral tracking and CQI processes. CIO Dan Pelosi selected BP Logix and its Process Director platform to provide workflows, electronic forms, automated review/approval, and integration with existing systems to reduce labor and streamline the user experience.

BP Logix implemented Process Director starting with an online applicant workflow and then automating benefit enrollment, incident reporting and other processes, integrating with Active Directory, SSO, SQL Server and the document management system.
