UTEP Digitizes 200+ Forms and Processes to Go Green

The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) needed to go green and eliminate thousands of paper forms across campus — including hundreds in HR — to improve faculty and student experience and reduce manual work. After a thorough evaluation, UTEP selected BP Logix and its low-code process automation/electronic forms platform to provide e-signature, approvals, reporting dashboards, and integrations with core systems.

BP Logix implemented a solution that integrated with SQL, PeopleSoft and SCT Banner, enabled form pre-population, dynamic routing and notifications, and allowed UTEP’s IT team to build workflows after just a week of training. The result: clearer data visibility, faster approvals, less custom coding for IT, and a measurable environmental impact — more than 200 paper forms eliminated to date thanks to BP Logix.
