RENTOKIL INITIAL, a global support services company operating in 63 countries, needed to centralize and accelerate its capital expenditure (CapEx) approvals and gain real-time visibility into procurement and cost-saving programs. The existing process relied on paper routing and complex Excel spreadsheets, causing delays, poor compliance and missed savings. RENTOKIL INITIAL ran a proof of concept with BP LOGIX using Process Director/Cloud Edition to replace manual forms and spreadsheet-based reporting.

BP LOGIX implemented Process Director across Rentokil’s Initial Textiles and Hygiene divisions, deploying eForms, automated workflows and real-time dashboards (700 legacy projects were imported). The solution cut approval and reporting times dramatically—updated positions can now be produced in about 30 minutes instead of days—reduced administrative costs, improved compliance with preferred-supplier rules, and delivered faster, more disciplined procurement without additional hardware.
