The BP Logix Process Director solution enabled Starwood to automate its implementation process, reducing the elapsed time from 27 weeks to approximately 15 weeks. The system provided critical workflow management and visibility via the Process Timeline, allowing the team to manage more properties without increasing headcount. As a result, Starwood achieved greater efficiency, improved communication, and ensured nothing fell through the cracks, leading to a more scalable and profitable operation.
