Multi-Chem® Selects BP Logix to Automate HR And Business Processes

Multi-Chem, a global oilfield production chemicals company, struggled with paper-based HR and business processes that “went into a dark hole” and left the company without visibility, auditability or consistent data entry across roughly 700 internal users. After evaluating options, Multi-Chem selected BP Logix and its Process Director product to replace handwritten forms and email-based approvals with an electronic, auditable workflow that supports notifications, electronic signatures and role-based access.

BP Logix implemented Process Director (branded internally as “eDocs”) to automate the Personnel Request Form and other workflows such as capital expenditures, training and facilities requests. The solution delivered real-time tracking, email alerts, electronic signatures and an audit trail, enabled managers to approve from mobile devices, eliminated the need to FedEx documents, standardized processes company-wide and scaled to the organization’s needs — producing faster approvals, reduced paperwork and clear time-and-cost savings for Multi-Chem.
