Liquid Controls Deploys BP Logix Process Director To Automate Workflow Processes And Electronic Forms

Liquid Controls, a business unit of IDEX that manufactures precision flow meters and related equipment, faced fragmented, paper-based and static intranet processes that led to misplaced documents, slow approvals and compliance headaches. Seeking an out-of-the-box, low-code solution for electronic forms, workflow and document control, Liquid Controls selected BP Logix and its BP Logix Process Director to replace manual capital-approval and quality procedures and to enable faster, user-driven process changes.

BP Logix deployed Process Director to automate workflows, electronic forms, document management and reporting across the group. The solution publishes approved work instructions to the shop floor in real time (covering 600 work constructions), automates Capital Appropriation Request and expenditure tracking via integrated SQL functions, adds visual audit trails and electronic signatures for ISO/SOX audits, and streamlines sales-quote tracking with automated reminders—resulting in less re-work, better parallel tasking, stronger compliance and faster, low-code process changes for Liquid Controls.
