Leo Burnett, a global marketing and communications agency, needed to replace an overgrown hybrid document/routing system used to route client estimates. The agency required a business-process foundation that could handle complex, dynamic rules without coding, provide auditing and reporting, integrate with their SQL/Windows environment, and support hundreds of concurrent users.
BP Logix delivered Process Director to automate Leo Burnett’s Automated Estimating System (AES), building dynamic workflows, email notifications and integrations (including SAP) to enforce approvals and improve visibility. BP Logix’s Process Director eliminated the backlog and saved about 35 support hours per week (roughly one full‑time employee), gave managers real‑time queue and workload reporting, improved compliance, and became a critical part of the agency’s operations.
