Labor Finders International, Inc., the oldest and largest privately held industrial staffing company in the U.S. with nearly 200 locally owned offices and more than 20,000 temporary placements daily, faced a high-volume, high-turnover hiring challenge—59,000 W‑2s issued in 2014 but only 19,000 workers staying a month—without an electronic employment application or standardized onboarding. Seeking a developer-friendly BPM with APIs to integrate a new portal and ensure compliance, Labor Finders selected BP Logix and its Process Director product to automate and control the recruiting and onboarding workflow.
BP Logix implemented Process Director to deliver an electronic employment application, standardized onboarding, integrated audit trails and reporting tied to Labor Finders’ proprietary staffing system, enabling franchise-level customization while enforcing company and legal compliance. The BP Logix solution has already reduced paper costs (printing, shipping, handling) and data re-entry/time-to-process, improved error reduction and validation for claims defense, and set the stage for progressive rollouts that will make Labor Finders more efficient, agile and compliant.
