DATC (Davis Applied Technology College), a regionally recognized technical college serving thousands of students, needed to eliminate cabinets full of paper forms and streamline dozens of manual approval processes. After an RFP and demos, IT Director Greg Scherer selected BP Logix and its Process Director workflow/forms platform to automate travel, HR, finance and student-services processes and accelerate institutional innovation.
BP Logix licensed and helped implement Process Director with upfront consulting and training, getting the first two forms live within 30 days. Adoption grew rapidly—student services now has 17 completed processes (five more queued), finance has seven automated processes, and HR and IT are deploying multiple forms—delivering clear time savings (“what used to take days is taking hours; weeks are taking days”). BP Logix’s solution also enabled better data access and plans for SharePoint integration.
