BP Logix Aligns IT and Business Users for Columbus Technical College

Columbus Technical College, part of the Technical College System of Georgia, faced heavy manual routing, hard-to-track requisitions and fragmented budget processes as enrollment and program demand grew. Seeking a web-based, easy-to-use BPM solution that business users could administer without constant IT support, the college evaluated vendors and selected BP Logix and its Process Director product to address workflow, forms and approval challenges.

BP Logix implemented Process Director to provide drag-and-drop process design, web forms, delegation, a “Save for Later” task feature and real-time budget reporting, enabling non-IT staff to build and manage workflows. The solution streamlined requisitions and budget roll-ups, freed IT for higher‑value projects, and improved visibility and efficiency; Columbus Tech continued to expand services (managing 12 Quick Start projects that created nearly 4,200 jobs) and expects a 290% increase in Health Sciences graduates as capacity grows — outcomes driven by BP Logix’s Process Director implementation.
