Lucy & Yak powers 33,600+ garment returns with Bozboz

Lucy & Yak, an ethical fashion brand, needed a seamless and scalable system to power their garment take-back scheme called Re:Yak. Their challenge was to create a tool for processing returns both in-store and online, which had to integrate with their existing Shopify platform and be intuitive for staff. The vendor Bozboz was engaged to develop a custom solution.

Bozboz designed and built Re:Yak as a bespoke Shopify app with a Laravel backend. The solution provided in-store processing via tablets and integrated with logistics partners for online returns. The measurable outcomes from Bozboz's work include over 33,600 items returned, more than £350,000 in store credit issued, and 87% of returned items being resaleable, significantly advancing the brand's circular fashion goals.
