Vietri, an importer and distributor of Italian handmade dinnerware and home decor, faced challenges with manual processes and a lack of visibility within its SAP system. The company needed easier access to customer and product information and was performing manual updates to business partner records. To address this, they worked with vendor Boyum IT Solutions and implemented solutions including the B1 Usability Package.

Boyum IT Solutions provided Vietri with customized automation for its forms and documents, the ability to mass update records, and new dashboards. This solution automated manual processes, including the daily and monthly sending of invoices and statements. As a result, Vietri gained significant efficiency, such as the ability to update all business partner records with a single click, and greatly improved its visibility within SAP.
