boxxe implemented a robust digital workspace using Microsoft SharePoint and developed a custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool with Power Automate. This solution automated the document labeling process, drastically reducing the time per document from two minutes to just 20 seconds. The project saved Thirteen an estimated 250 working days of effort, streamlined their system, and allowed agents to focus more time on customer care.
