TransExpress, a $25M international PO box and delivery service, faced a critical operational risk when one employee held the company’s entire invoicing, pricing and bookkeeping knowledge using legacy Airway Bill software that couldn’t model unique client pricing rules. To recover their billing history and gain a flexible, user-friendly system they could manage without programming help, TransExpress engaged BoxOn Logistics to build a custom solution.

BoxOn Logistics developed the BoxOn platform on .NET, delivering a rules-based central customer database plus a Fulfillment Module (inventory, Amazon API and customer visibility) and a linked Rating Engine to automate carrier selection, surcharges and agency payouts. The BoxOn Logistics implementation recovered TransExpress’s invoicing data, eliminated the single‑point‑of‑failure, automated billing and fulfillment workflows, and set the company on a path to exponential growth—helping TransExpress scale into one of the largest international PO box providers.
