The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global humanitarian organization with 13,000 staff, 10,000 volunteers and nearly 1,000 partner organizations that must mobilize instantly in crisis zones. The IRC’s legacy IT and a hard-to-search intranet, combined with poor connectivity in remote locations, hindered staff collaboration, slowed response times and raised concerns about protecting sensitive beneficiary data.
