With multiple legacy content platforms, high infrastructure costs and inconsistent user experiences, the company needed to unify content and communication tools to enable secure, mobile, and seamless work across the enterprise.

Under Senior Director Josh Feliciano, S&P Global deployed Box alongside Office 365 to consolidate cloud content management, governance and file sharing, while reducing on‑premises maintenance. The rollout streamlined access and collaboration (adding ~3 TB/month to the cloud), enabled integrations like Salesforce+Box, and shifted IT toward enabling business owners—improving productivity, lowering infrastructure burden, and standardizing a modern digital workplace.
