Keeping clients fully informed and engaged across long timelines was a recurring challenge: the traditional model of meetings and email left collaboration opportunities untapped and clients wanting more transparency and a more immersive way to follow progress.

Perkins + Will built Blueprint, a white‑labeled app on Box Platform (developed with Cognizant and hosted on AWS), that delivers real‑time access to schedules, budgets, designs, photos and videos, plus commenting, uploads and a running project feed. Launched in six weeks, the app centralizes content, improves security and governance, and gives clients a proactive role in the design process—resulting in deeper transparency, better collaboration and stronger selling points when pitching new work.
