Oxfam Moves to Box for Global Collaboration for Good

Oxfam, a globally distributed federation of 17 entities, faced the challenge of turning fragmented, tactical content management into a strategic, organization-wide capability. Under Group CTO Peter Ransom, the organization needed a single platform to enable global collaboration, create shared knowledge hubs, and reduce reliance on legacy data centers.

Oxfam deployed Box across all 17 federated entities as its first-ever system roll‑out across the whole organization. The move created virtual knowledge hubs, boosted cross-organizational collaboration and efficiency, and enabled the retirement of data centers.
