JLL built a custom, customer‑facing application on Box Platform—integrated with DocuSign and Okta—that standardizes content workflows and provides instant access to up‑to‑date property data. The app lets teams create tour books onsite in 23 minutes (down from 3.5 hours, a 9x improvement), speeds client responses, improves decision‑making for investors, and empowers 83K users with secure, mobile access to critical real‑estate assets.
