How you work, determines your impact

Box.org partnered with Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada (SONC) through its pro bono "Box Consulting for Good" program to address a common nonprofit challenge: limited staff capacity to implement and adopt new technology. SONC faced siloed storage, paper-based athlete health records, and the need to support remote work and clearer content workflows so coaches, volunteers, and staff could access up-to-date information securely.

Box Consulting committed 80 hours to redesign SONC’s folder structure, migrate 1,215 GB from two legacy systems into Box, and deliver three custom one-hour trainings for 50 users (73% of attendees rated the training 5/5). The result: consolidated, secure content and integrations with Salesforce, G Suite, and Asana; digital athlete health records and rosters accessible to coaches; reduced paperwork and IT costs; and more volunteer and coach time focused on athletes.
