Herbalife, a global nutrition company with thousands of employees and distributors in more than 70 countries, relied on a network of independent distributors to sell products and build the brand. Herbalife implemented Box Cloud Content Management as a secure, centralized content layer (alongside Office 365, Slack and Workplace by Facebook) to modernize training, communications and collaboration. The change made content mobile and easy to find, enabled interactive virtual breakout sessions and private group forums, boosted distributor engagement, productivity and retention, drove revenue growth, and reduced risk by replacing insecure legacy file shares and email.
