Flex, a global design, engineering, manufacturing and logistics provider with roughly 200,000 employees across 30+ countries, faced the challenge of coordinating hundreds of vendors and stakeholders in a fast-moving, compliance-driven supply chain. The company needed a digital, real-time way to share legacy and transactional content securely while enabling agile collaboration across internal and external partners.

Flex moved to Cloud Content Management (Box), implementing a single partner portal with Okta-based permissions and Office 365 integration. The shift centralized content, retired 4,000 FTP servers and OneDrive, scaled to 20,000 users, and made vendor collaboration intuitive—allowing faster supply chain decisions and improved productivity without compromising security.
