Stitch Fix, an online personal styling service built "in the cloud," needed to unite a nationally distributed network of mobile stylists and onboard consultants quickly while delivering a superior digital customer experience without increasing IT overhead. The challenge was to give thousands of remote employees consistent, collaborative tools that support fast, data-driven retail operations.
Stitch Fix implemented a Cloud Content Management solution on Box as a single content platform, using external sharing plus integrations with G Suite and DocuSign to streamline onboarding, vendor management, and everyday collaboration. The result: 3,500+ stylists are productive from day one, workflows and decision-making are faster and more data-driven, overnight delivery of personalized picks is maintained, and IT costs and backup burdens have been reduced.
