Stitch Fix, an online personal styling service built "in the cloud," needed to unite a nationally distributed network of mobile stylists and onboard consultants quickly while delivering a superior digital customer experience without increasing IT overhead. The result: 3,500+ stylists are productive from day one, workflows and decision-making are faster and more data-driven, overnight delivery of personalized picks is maintained, and IT costs and backup burdens have been reduced.
