ASPCA, the animal welfare nonprofit, needed a better way to support a mobile, collaborative workforce spread across offices and field work. Its existing internal file shares did not meet the needs of staff who travel, conduct research, or work directly with animals, creating challenges for flexible access and secure sharing. Box was brought in to help address these file-sharing and access limitations.

Using Box, ASPCA enabled staff to access files from anywhere, including on mobile devices, and securely share information as needed. Box also gave administrators visibility into what was being shared and with whom, while allowing both users and admins to recover deleted or overwritten files. The result was greater flexibility and on-the-go access to critical information, supporting ASPCA’s work more efficiently.
