Advancing Children’s Rights and Justice through Box Consulting for Good

The National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) is a nonprofit advocacy and legal support organization that helps advance children’s and parents’ rights through training, certifications, and resources. As it managed highly sensitive child welfare and legal files, NACC needed a more secure and organized way to collaborate internally and with its network using Box.

Through Box Consulting for Good, Box worked with NACC over four months to optimize its Intelligent Content Management environment, improve external sharing and security, and increase user adoption. Box helped redesign the folder structure, strengthen the security of confidential materials, and provide end-user training and change management support, resulting in faster collaboration, improved productivity on shared documents, and better protection of sensitive information.
