Carrington Communities, a property developer, was facing user experience challenges due to an aging and bloated website that suffered from slow loading speeds and an outdated design that no longer reflected its brand quality. The company engaged the vendor Box Clever to develop a new, engaging website that would allow users to easily browse its condo and rental communities and available units.

Box Clever developed a custom website powered by a Multifamily Communities Module, which included custom-designed community landing pages. This solution allowed Carrington staff to manage all communities, buildings, and suites directly within the CMS, including setting brand colors for individual properties. The new site provides users with detailed suite information, building floorplans, and amenity views, significantly improving the browsing experience and making it easy for potential renters or buyers to get in contact.
