Art Gallery of Alberta manages 1,600+ art pieces with Box Clever

The Art Gallery of Alberta, a 100-year-old institution, faced challenges with its outdated Drupal website, which was difficult to navigate and cumbersome for its administrators to update. This resulted in a poor user experience for visitors. The gallery engaged Edmonton web design company Box Clever to design and develop a new, modern website to better reflect its brand and improve content management.

Box Clever built the new website on the WebGuide CMS, creating an easily navigable and searchable experience. The solution included a custom system to manage over 1,600 pieces of art for the gallery's sales and rental program, as well as dedicated pages for events and memberships. The new site allows the Art Gallery of Alberta to position itself as a leader in the arts across Canada.
