Akademikernes A-Kasse, Denmark’s largest unemployment insurance fund for academics, wanted a cost-effective way to support its new 3-month Startup Program for members exploring entrepreneurship. The organization needed an easier way to collect feedback, share information about workshops and seminars, and understand member needs without adding a heavy admin burden. BotXO’s automated chat platform was used to help make this possible.
BotXO built the AKA Startup Bot to gather feedback through Facebook Messenger, combining free text and quick replies, while also escalating negative feedback to supervisors when needed. The bot helped AKA track facility usage, analyze feedback, and predict demand for upcoming courses and events. The results included a 53% user retention rate, 93% end user satisfaction, and 264 hours saved per employee per year, alongside reduced facility and admin costs.
