How Uberoom Reduced Its Customer Support Wait Time With Botsify Website Chatbot

Uberoom is a Texas-based decoration service for hotel and vacation rentals across Canada and the United States. As its popularity grew, the company received more and more customer inquiries about packages, bookings, pricing, and how the service works, making it difficult to keep support wait times low with human agents alone.

To address this, Uberoom implemented a Botsify website chatbot to greet visitors, explain the booking process, answer package questions, and direct users to support when needed. With Botsify, Uberoom saved 67,936 customer wait hours and 1,712 support hours, handled 135,840 messages sent and 92,430 received, and achieved an average response time of less than 30 minutes.
