Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a global communications company, partnered with Adidas on a campaign to address the lack of pitch access for women, girls, and non-binary football players. Their challenge was to rapidly develop a WhatsApp chatbot to power the "Pitch, please" campaign, but they had less than two weeks to find a vendor and build the solution before the launch date. They engaged BotsCrew to create the chatbot.
BotsCrew developed and launched the WhatsApp chatbot using their platform in under two weeks. The solution gathered user information and enabled pitch bookings. The campaign was a success, exceeding its goal by having 149 users book a pitch against a target of 100, and 345 people attended the games. The results significantly surpassed initial expectations for both the campaign and BotsCrew.
