Urban Solar Energy, a green electricity provider, faced a significant challenge in managing the high volume of customer and prospect inquiries, which was difficult to handle promptly with their human-sized team. To address this issue, they turned to Botnation to implement an AI chatbot solution to automate administrative and commercial requests.

The vendor, Botnation, provided a platform that was selected for being easy and fast to implement. The chatbot, named Hortense, was built and continuously refined with input from technical and customer-facing staff. The solution resulted in considerable time savings and achieved a high number of users very quickly, successfully automating a significant portion of customer interactions.
