The customer, Mini, a car manufacturer, faced the challenge of running a community contest to create a new radio jingle within a short timeframe. They needed a solution to host the contest and collect participant data without developing a dedicated webpage. Mini, along with their agency media.monks, turned to the vendor Botnation to implement a Messenger chatbot for this purpose.

Botnation provided a turnkey chatbot solution that was customized and implemented quickly. The chatbot provided a playful, on-brand experience for users to submit their contest entries directly within the Meta ecosystem. The vendor's solution helped Mini exceed their participation goals, resulting in very qualitative submissions and the successful election of a new jingle by the community. The chatbot was credited with achieving an excellent retention rate and more qualified entries than an external page would have.
