The customer, DreeTS ARA (formerly Direccte ARA), an organization of the French Ministry of Labor, faced the challenge of an overloaded telephone information line that was regularly jammed with recurring questions from vocational training organizations. To save time for its employees and provide quality service, they sought a solution and chose to implement a dynamic FAQ chatbot from the vendor, Botnation.
Using the Botnation platform, the project manager built an informative and simple chatbot, utilizing features like the carousel to address common user inquiries without requiring text input. While a precise quantification was difficult, the Botnation chatbot successfully helped reduce phone solicitations. This provided an essential alternative solution that improved efficiency and modernized user service for the government agency.
