WW (Weight Watchers) worked with The Bot Platform to improve employee recognition across a large global organization. WW needed a better way to celebrate staff, encourage peer-to-peer recognition, and connect employees across offices and countries using Workplace.

The Bot Platform built Ripple, a Workplace bot that guides employees through nominating colleagues, ties recognition to company values, and posts submissions into a Workplace group while logging data to a spreadsheet. The solution unified recognition across WW’s organization, replacing 16 separate programs, and generated 1,700 nominations from staff worldwide while clearly reinforcing core values and earning praise from both management and employees.
