Innosis, a UK and Australian digital transformation and behavioural development consultancy, wanted a better way to help clients assess how they were using Microsoft Teams and prepare for collaboration workshops. The company turned to The Bot Platform to build a bot that would prompt teams to think through key team-building principles and collaboration needs.

Using The Bot Platform, Innosis created Botley, an automated assistant that guides users through a five-stage process for improving collaboration and team performance in Microsoft Teams. The solution was originally based on a physical card game and became an easy-to-build digital workflow that saved staff time, supported more effective workshop planning, and received strong customer feedback.
