How bots on Workplace helped Dixons Carphone involve 24,000 colleagues in defining their new corporate values

Dixons Carphone worked with The Bot Platform to update and unify its company values across a large, diverse workforce of more than 24,000 colleagues on Workplace. Facing the challenge of gathering meaningful input from office and frontline staff while building awareness around the initiative, the retailer needed a way to collect broad feedback and keep colleagues engaged throughout the process.

Using The Bot Platform, Dixons Carphone launched “Val the Values bot” on Workplace to share leadership context, run surveys, collect colleague feedback, and send automated nudges and broadcasts. The campaign generated 222K messages, involved 1,000+ staff in shaping the new values, and resulted in one set of unified company values, with the bot also helping colleagues promote and reinforce those values across Workplace.
