UBERDOC reaches 4,000 monthly visitors with Boston Human Factors

The customer, UBERDOC, was a new concept from Dr. Paula Muto that existed only as an idea for a website to book next-day medical specialist appointments. The challenge was that without a tangible prototype, it was difficult to convey the vision to potential specialist subscribers and investors. Boston Human Factors was engaged to create and test this concept.

Boston Human Factors developed a visual prototype through extensive interviews and brainstorming. They then conducted 1-on-1 user testing with the public, refining the design in real-time based on feedback. This process resulted in a simple, understandable MVP prototype. This allowed UBERDOC to attract specialists and secure investment, leading to over 4,000 monthly visitors and successful progress through multiple rounds of seed funding towards a $6M Series A.
