Helpshift, the company revolutionizing the customer service industry through in-app AI-powered messaging, hired Bospar to support growth and drive awareness. We developed a full PR and social media program to best amplify Helpshift’s message through product news, third-party survey data, contributed content, thought leadership, events, and newsjacking.
